Taraxacum officinale, or dandelion, is a highly adaptive plant. Wherever the wind blows its parachute seeds, it sprouts, its stem burrows into the ground when it encounters moisture, grows, and when collected and used, it heals. Since December 2021, large flower heads and dandelion seeds have been swaying in the wind at the end of Budakeszi’s Main Street, in Alvég.
