The Bártfai-Horváth Architectural Studio, which had long been primarily involved in the design of family homes, sought to apply the best possible solutions to its first multi-unit apartment building project, boldly tackling the situation. However, the building raises several questions that go beyond itself, highlighting the difficulties of designers who are forced to balance regulatory constraints and market interests, and the question of where city dwellers fit into this unstable equilibrium.
